08:45am Arrival–meet outside by the lower level of the new hall next to the waterfall
09:00am Mindful walking in the new hall or outside
09:45am Break
10:00am Mindful sitting in the original meditation hall or outside
10:30am Mindful movements
10:50am Dharma talk and sharing in meditation hall (Zoom)
12:00pm Depart
